Even with some day camps attending we had plenty of space to explore. We’re looking forward to taking the family again because there really is a lot to do in Reno with kids. Even though we live less than two hours from Reno we’ve never spent time with the kiddos there–we’ve merely passed through on our trips along I-80. So we decided to just go for the day and turn our National Park trip into a fun road trip. We knew that because of reservation issues we wouldn’t be able to stay in the park this time. There’s no better time of year to experience one of the world’s greatest wonders, which just happens to be right here in Nevada. No added sugar, preservatives, pesticides, or additives. We love it because apples are literally the only ingredient. Oh, and you won’t want to pass on a cup of their homemade apple cider, featuring their own apples. This working farm also sells fresh fruits and vegetables, including apples, eggplant, peppers, pears, zucchini, and cucumbers. But while we love a good latte, we are even more excited about being outside in the crisp air. We get to say goodbye to the scorching temperatures and hello to pumpkin spice everything. We don’t know about you, but fall is one of our favorite times of year.
